Children are welcome to bring a small healthy snack (e.g. fruit, small sandwich) to eat at the morning interval.  Children should bring a water bottle and can refill it throughout the day. Following parent wishes sweets, chocolate and fizzy drinks are not allowed during the school day.

School lunches are free for Primary 1 to 4 children and £1.90 for older children (payment cannot now be in cash - contact the school office to arrange payment).  Menus change daily and can be viewed on the Fuel Zone website. The Halal menu is served at our school and there is always plenty of choice! Children can of course alternatively bring a packed lunch. Free school meals can be applied for via the Glasgow City Council website. We do not recommend that children are routinely allowed takeaway food as a 'home lunch' as this affects their afternoon concentration and general health. During the pandemic children should stay in school for lunch.
